171 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units atop a 3 level parking garage (2 levels below grade, one on grade). Levels 1 and 8 have double-height mezzanine units with floor to ceiling glazing. Level 7 has 12,000 sf of amenities including fitness rooms, a media room, and a large lounge area. The outside amenity deck includes a pool, hot tub, and BBQ areas as well as sweeping city and mountain views for tenants.

Created all unit floor plans and worked collaboratively with consultants to achieve a final design. Assisted in the construction process until completion. Plans and model were created in Revit.
