The newest addition to the NREL campus, the Research and Innovation Laboratory (RAIL) project has 3 main laboratories in the building as well as multiple collaboration spaces. The work to be done in this new lab will support research into renewable energy sources. The design of this lab was made to be flexible, maintainable, and efficient for lab users..

Was on the project from inception through construction as the lead designer. The project was design-build and was a very collaborative process using the latest BIM technology and coordination tools. Main model and plans were made in Revit and renders were created in SketchUp through Enscape.
