The project is a partnership between the Denver Housing Authority (DHA) and Denver Health & Hospital Authority (DHHA) with 110 units. Working with the National Parks Service (NPS), the project was deemed historical and all facets of the project had to be reviewed and approved by NPS. The original windows were given a performance upgrade but all other exterior elements have been restored back to their original condition, including the building’s original color which was teal.
